Return Policy


The staff at Marley & Zoe Deals take pride in offering quality products. We value and appreciate every customer and want your experience to be a positive one on every order. Most of our items have a 60 day return policy which is listed at the bottom of this page in more detail. Do not send back until we give you authorization or you may not get credit.

Coffee Tables

If you received incorrect product (wrong design), wrong size, damaged product, faded colors, poor quality or lost in transit, we offer 100% refund or replacement of the product. We must be contacted within 3 days to give you instructions on where to send product. Do not shipped product until we tell you or you might not receive credit.


Watches have a 90 day replacement warranty if they are defective.


Shoes / Sneakers

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order. In order for a free exchange to be processed, customer must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small,
too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, customer name, and order number

We will give you the address to ship the incorrect size shoes and you will receive a $5 off coupon for your next order.

To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided sizing charts on our product specifications pages.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.

 Personalized Photos

The return policy for items that you submit personalized photos are non returnable unless damaged. We will do our best to enhance the photo but the closer you are too our dimensions and 300 DPI will make the print better.

All Other Items 

The return policy is up to 60 days from when you received the product. They must be in the same condition as they were shipped to you. If your product is defective, we must be contacted within 3 days. We suggest use our contact form or to email us . You will find this info on our Get Help page.
